Club Development Day
We were on track for a face to face Club Development Days. These were scheduled for Cranbourne 14th August, Bairnsdale 21st August and Trafalgar 22nd August. But with the current lockdown, possible extension and what restrictions might be on even if the lockdown is over, it’s become apparent the best way to run these sessions is via zoom. So these physical days are now cancelled and Club Development Day will be run via zoom, on the 29th August.
Links for this session will be sent out as we get closer. All the sessions will be run over one day, and via one link. So if you would like to see information on other roles you can come in and out as you need. We are looking to have 2people as IT help throughout the day. These numbers will be provided as we get closer to the day.
The one session which we cannot run, unfortunately, will be the New member forum. This needs to be a physical session, and we’ll look to run this, physically, when the Covid restrictions allow.
Contact Global Leadership Chairperson Maurice on 0419397508, or by email glt201v3@gmail.com to BOOK.

What's happening at Licola
Licola Wilderness Village
We would love to welcome you to Licola, located at the gateway to the Victorian Alpine National Park
Licola is a small beautiful village nestled beside the Macalister River, 254km east of Melbourne. We cater for family groups – both small and large, individuals, couples, school groups, outdoor recreation groups, church groups, sporting groups, and the general public.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Book a single cabin or our entire site – It’s up to you!
The township of Licola is owned entirely by the Lions Clubs of Victoria and southern New South Wales. The greater part of the town is occupied by the Licola Wilderness Village, where Lions Clubs have for 50 years run camps for the underprivileged, deserving, special needs and disengaged young people, mostly held during school holidays.
